22 Jan 16 11:40, you wrote to Paul Hayton:               RM>>> Crash NM is on its way. I will tell you if I received a RRc back.               PH>> I can see it has arrived and it looks like something is on it's way        PH>> to you :)               RM> Indeed. Arrived here, but was sent by FastEcho.              as it should have been...               RM> So I guess I need to talk to my tosser HPT.              looks like it...               RM> It seems that the Flag does not make it to Golded.              not sure what you mean by this "does not make it to golded" statement...              just for clarity, the RRQ flag is set by you in your editor when you create a       netmail message... if the destination system honors the RRQ flag, then its       mailer and/or tosser will generate a receipt when the message is unpacked from       the PKT... that receipt will be sent back to the originator to tell them that       the message did arrive at its destination...              then there's also the CFM flag... this one causes you reader software. if it       is configured to honor it, to generate a receipt to the originator when you       read the message... sysop readers and bbs software would be the ones to honor       this flag...              so two flags for two different receipts... one receipt for the netmail's       arrival and unpacking and another receipt when the destinee reads the       message... honoring either is optional...              )\/(ark              ... We have normality, I repeat, we have normality. (Whatever that is.)       ---        * Origin: (1:3634/12.73)    |
