   All I do here is:   
      
   group A   
   username Accession   
   endgroup   
      
   group F   
   username Nicholas Boel   
   endgroup   
      
   group D   
   username Accession   
   endgroup   
      
   etc.. The editor will put your name in the From field, but still start you out   
   editing the header (to field I believe?). So you can still arrow-up if you   
   wish to change what is set as default by you in the From field.
