   Do you have a gold_ref.txt file lying around?  It has what you need.  I can't   
   quote from it as it has some weird formatting issues, that would take a month   
   of Sundays to fix.  I'll send a copy to you, and it'll show up in whatever   
   secure inbound you have for our link.
