   not a tosser problem... a code problem and the code is used in both the tosser   
   and bbs so both exhibit the same behavoir...

   those are both the same package... the problematic system in question was not   
   related to synchronet at all... i'll let nick say what that software is if he   
   wants to... i know what it is becaue i run it here with three or four other   
   packages outside my main RA setup... i found the problem several months back   
   but have not had a chance to fix it in the code i have at hand... i'm waiting   
   on the original maintainer to return again so they can handle it how they   
   deign to ;)
