   I have these settings, but I can't get the option "G" "groupid" to show up in   
   my message area layout screen, my Groupid in my random setup is:   
      
   Group A   
   ..   
   Group B   
   ..   
      
   etc...   
      
   AREALISTFORMAT   "ME D CPUN G "   ; alternative layout   
   AREALISTECHOMAX  0                ; Width of the longest echoid.   
      
   AREALISTGROUPID  yes   
   AREAFILEGROUPS   yes
