   Ahh, I figured as an avid user of Puppy, you would have had to setup your own   
   locales and/or charsets. Either way, I was just explaining that I should be   
   covered on the UTF-8 front in my linux console.

   That would be quite nice of you, if you would be so kind. If anything, I may   
   get a better feel of what's going on on something that actually works, rather   
   than trying to putz with it myself and not understanding.
