How does one go about configuring GED+/W32-MSVC to use an external tagline   
   file?   
      
   I have these keywords   
      
   TAGLINESUPPORT YES   
   TAGLINECHAR   
   TAGLINE E:\GED\TAG\TAGLINE.TAG   
      
   setup in the GOLDED.CFG file and can't seem to get any tagsline (see   
   below) to work at all.   
      
   Also, why doesn't the old GOLDRAND.CFG system work as it did in a GoldEd   
   DOS version?
