   Do you mean the program behind the GoldEd box, in the window?  That's Total   
   Commander.  It's a v-e-r-y nice clone of NC.  Even Midnight Commander copied   
   the colour-ing.   
      
   I can't be absolutely sure that the GoldEd scheme is as originally supplied in   
   a GoldEd distro archive; it might be customised.  Blue is a particular   
   favourite of mine.  :)   
      
   BTW, I still use NC in a couple of VirtualBox MS-DOS PCs... very occasioanlly.   
      
   A singular disappointment of mine is that I can't get TuxCommander to look   
   similar.  :(
