   When SBBS upgraded to 3.20 it went from a msgs.cnf file to a msgs.ini text   
   file that Golded can't read. The message structure is the same but the   
   configuation is now different. It would be great if there was a utility   
   program that could read the msgs.ini file and create a msgs.cnf file.
