   No, you need to check your tosser. GoldEd can write and display the ” in   
   his name, but your tosser must be set to not convert it.

   The ” is in the high ASCII character set. Using Alt-148 will type it. But   
   your tosser may convert it the division sign or oe. Especially if it's a   
   Linux tosser.
