   1. Please download an official archive with config files (gpc*.zip where   
   instead "*" - numberic date of archive). Full configs archive contain all   
   charset declarations.   
   2. look 'advanced.cfg' and use it as example for tuning your golded.cfg, your   
   problem requires to tune following statements of configuration file:   
      
   include charsets.cfg   
   USECHARSET   
   XLATPATH   
   XLATIMPORT   
   XLATEXPORT   
   XLATLOCALSET   
      
   Your golded.cfg contain "XLATEXPORT CP866" but you no in russia, true?
