   Looks like the GoldED+ manual is derived from 3.xx with additions   
   (https://sourceforge.net/projects/golded-plus/files/golded-plus-manual/).   
   Glancing the diff output between the 3.xx and GoldED+ manuals show minor   
   differences.   
      
   I think I will stick with 3.xx for now because it might be interesting to   
   explore the differences between considerations taken by people who packaged a   
   distribution that they wanted money for versus the laissez-faire reincarnation.
