   GoldED can inspect message bases (press 'i' when viewing a message) but not   
   packets.   
      
   For viewing packets there is pktinfo, which is part of Husky's HPT.   
      
   David Nugent's InspectA file manager for DOS & OS/2 from 1993 can also read
