   there are no settings... it is a normal part of echomail processing... it   
   sounds like the tosser is not properly detecting the point has already seen   
   the message... this is a code defect that the maintainer must fix... it might   
   already be fixed in the latest version, too... i would start by ensuring you   
   have the latest version installed...
