   Uh, i noticed i never had use for that. Destination is me within netmails, all   
   or me within echomails.

   Sorry, no. But i can confirm that i use the same putty settings to control   
   golded on a Debian system and that shift-F10 does not work here too, while F10   
   works as designed.
