   packaging is also TRANSPORTATION, we did not spoke about shipping.   
   The message is copied from the stock into the packroom (i.e. other directory)   
   and than changed during that process, i.e. adding a unecessarry origin tot it,   
   and mangling the original Origin.   
   Copying is transportation and allowed, modifying not.

   packaging is also tranportation on the same (local) machine, period.   
   Local transportation has alto to be in line of the FidoNet rules.   
      
   Also copying from a local harddisc to a floppy for a modemless point is still   
   transportaion, not only bij POTS modem or internet as you may think.
