   It's in a piece of code that executes external programs (like archivers). And   
   it does some kind of memory swapping before and after executing the actual   
   program, in the DOS version of fmail. It's not used in the X or 32bit versions   
   of fmail, so it can be ignored for the fsetup conversion to windows... ;)   
      
   Some closer inspection of the grep results show that the only relevant   
   geninterupts() for fsetup (X or future 32bit Windows version) are in   
   WINDOWS.C, and there are only geninterrupt(0x10)'s in there...
