   It's described in http://ftsc.org/docs/fsc-0057.003 paragraph 8e.   
      
   Afaik FMail is the only tosser that supports this though. But it works nicely   
   between FMail systems. I get for instance a weekly update of the areas in the   
   configuration of my FMail links. And this new function generates a report of   
   the received file, so I know if new areas are available, or if there are areas   
   removed...
