   I'm not sure if that's the way it's done, but as long as the .pkt file is   
   mentioned in the .flo file, binkd will send out uncompressed pkt files, just   
   like compressed files... (And maybe binkd picks up uncompressed pkt files   
   directly?)   
      
   But are you also calling fmail with the 'pack' option to make ik pack netmail   
   and put it in the right place to be send by binkd?   
      
   My script for scanning for echomail and packing netmail looks something like   
   this:   
      
      
   ...\fmailw32.exe scan   
   ...\fmailw32.exe pack
