Hi,              Michiel already gave a good reply, so I will comment only on parts of your       message...                     On 2016-09-05 05:10:09, Allen Prunty wrote to Wilfred van Velzen:        about: "New: PING/TRACE function. NOT anymore. I don't know how reliable it is over in Z2        AP> but if you route to a nodes NC they may or may not get it where it's        AP> supposed to go.              I have had little problems with routed netmail over the years, to and from Z1       and the other zones as well. But I don't use netmail a lot, and mostly to my       direct links or to people already using echomail so it's likely they have a       working connection. Of course you can't expect any privacy in netmail, so if       that's needed I set the crash bit with my editor, and use "...\FMailW32.exe       pack * /C" to send it out (as explained by Michiel).                     Bye, Wilfred.                     --- FMail-W32 1.71.5.205-B20160902        * Origin: Native IPv6 connectable node (2:280/464)    |
