   Yes, I was running SBBSCTRL and it appeared in the 'Events' window.  I checked   
   what was running at that time and it was the RSS importer so I checked the   
   exact time it occured in the error log and went back to see what was going on   
   at that exact time and RSS was trying to access a feed that had removed its RSS   
   feed and went https. I removed that line from the modopts.ini and I haven't had   
   the error since.
