Josh Renaud (Kirkman) has a python script that may do what you want. It's
   called:

   mail-to-plaintext.py

Contact him and ask. I have it here but I'm not sure if he wants it
distrubuted by any one other than himself. I know he has a github account
   under Kirkman.
