   Remember, everytime you run the JSEXEC sbbsecho_upgreade.js it convert your   
   sbbecho.cfg to sbbecho.cfg.bad.  You need to rename that bad file to the   
   original as such:   
      
   in your CTRL folder...  ren sbbsecho.cfg.bad sbbsecho.cfg   
      
   Then you can run the newer version of sbbsecho_upgrade.js
