   You can set that for whatever you want. even 10m (minutes)

   Being I run htick for my fileareas here, the -y for fidoin can't be used as it   
   imports the filefix netmail. It's not biggie actually, I just go delete the   
   Cordinator MakeNL mail when I see it.
