DC> DT> is some fidogazette software and I could use a copy of it.

DC> Surely you mean Sean Dennis.

    DT> Oh woops. Yes.

DC> You could look in an old FidoGazette issue and learn how to contact him.
    DC>
DC> You could look him up in the FidoNet nodelist and netmail him.
    DC>
DC> You could find his BBS address in the FidoNet nodelist (and in other
DC> places), and log onto his BBS to ask him.

DT> I did - he posted a shutdown notice of his bbs and said he'd move
DT> on to other things. He hasn't posted here since. So all of that
    DT> is moot.

Ummmm..... no. He hasn't shut down. He may not have posted here in
*this* echo recently, but certainly has been posting elsewhere.

Also, for clarification - you tried ALL THREE of those contact methods I
suggested above? You looked in one of the more recent FG issues? You
   netmailed him on FidoNet?

DC> You could find his email address in various places, and email him.

DT> I looked around and didn't see anything. Even opened a browser
DT> and most responses led to the same posts off different BBS's web
DT> gateways. I thought, perhaps, the community might know how to
DT> reach him. I thought it would be quicker if I got an accurate
DT> address from someone who knows him. Maybe a phone number.

You didn't look very hard, I guess.

DT> All I got from you is "I don't know" and "look it up." Neither of
DT> which was helpful or civilized.

Not really true. I provided you with *FOUR* valid and helpful ways to
contact him, and you failed. Not my fault.
