   I agree, it certainly is not.   
      
   But as Mike said right there above, what Biden is exhibiting is    
   *FAR* beyond stuttering.  His speech and clear inability to focus    
   are very clear evidence of something wrong.  It's quite obviously    
   the beginning stages of dementia.   
      
   Watch it play out in the coming months and then admit that I was
