   Same here... it's sad if it's true they don't teach any of those classes   
   anymore... I'll have to ask my grandboys  if they had those classes.   
   Somehow I expect they don't.

   Early on I discovered that cooking and Ron did not mix, though much much later   
   he actually conquered the Instant Pot, and can make a mean corned beef in it :)
