   I think part of the problem with home lines is that the actual home phone   
   lacks the blacklisting   
   capabilities of a smartphone, or even a feature phone. The second time a   
   mexican phones to your   
   cellphone, you block him. Many fixed home phones lack that option.   
      
   I still have a home line that was not given away for free because I need the   
   reliability.
