       The FIDO_SYSOP echo held it's biyearly election in November,   
       2018, and there was only one candidate, myself.  According to   
       the rules of the election as posted by the Election Coordinator,   
       Ward Dossche, no voting would therefore take place, and I as the   
       only candidate will take over for the next two years as   
       moderator of the FIDO_SYSOP echo.   
      
       Many thanks to Ward Dossche, election coordinator, and Ben   
       Ritchey, vote verifier, and of course to Vince Coen who took   
       extremely good care of the echo during his tenure as moderator   
       :)   
      
       Finally thank you to all who participate in the FIDO_SYSOP echo
