   Well, I don't know much about fastecho, but the error says you can't /export/   
   message in area HNET_TEST without /active downlinks/.   
      
   So, I would imagine, if you don't have any active downlinks for that area, you   
   don't need to export anything for it (ie: unset export, since you said you set   
   it).
