   I can't seem to figure out how to force fastecho to send messages from fastecho   
   to the sysop to the sysop.  They just sit in the netmail directory.  I'm sure   
   it's really simple.  I tried feutil import -incl , but   
   didn't have any increased results.  Ideas would be welcome.
