   What "all of the DLL files"? I only have one: msgapi32.dll and it is located   
   in the FE main dir.   
      
   Check your system if you have more msgapi32.dll's than the one FE needs.

   I have not copied it anywhere, I run fastech2.exe always from the d:\fastecho
