   Well, as I recall suggesting once before... there's always FMail.  Though it   
   cannot read the FE config directly, it can use a FE-generated Areas.Bbs file.   
   Section 2.1 (FSetup) refers.   
      
   For me, I will keep FE for domestic links only.
