   turn off compression so that FD can read the PKT, see where it is headed and   
   then initiate delivery...

   get mystic to add ARCmail-Attach which means adding .MSG message area support   
   to mystic... then you would set up a netmail area in mystic pointing to FD's   
   netmail area so the two of them share the area... when mystic generates   
   outbound mail, it will place it in FD's outbound and post a netmail to the   
   shared netmail directory... this netmail will be the standard file attach   
   addressed to the destination system with the mail bundle in the outbound being   
   listed in the subject line and all the associated message bits being set... at   
   least the F/A (File Attach) bit... other bits would determine if the mail is   
   on Hold, if it should go IMMediately or CRAsh...   
      
      
   but i may be misreading something since you mentioned the STQ and creating an   
   entry with a utility... i'm guessing you create filebox entries in the STQ? do   
   you have the destination system properly defined? can FD find the destination   
   in the nodelist? is that system qualified in the schedules?
