   you have to use xrobot to do the queue thing but FD should create the queue   
   automatically, AFAIK... i'm pretty sure that FD will create it and maybe it is   
   telling you that because there's nothing in it?? my fastecho and allfix both   
   use FD's STQ to queue mail and files for sending... i have another tool which   
   uses it when moving mail and files to my binkd BSO stuff... the thing is that   
   i don't know if i can point both FD and binkd to the same filebox/spool   
   directory... i mean, sure, i can but i don' tknow what will happen if both try   
   to deliver the same file at the same time from the same filebox directory...   
   the chances of that should not be very large at all but some systems that can   
   handle multiple protocols might try to connect using more than of them at   
   once...
