I came in through my browser using www.filegate.net   
     Ater that I clicked on the link for www.filegate.net:8080/bbbs    
    Then I entered my name and password.  I clicked join messaging and the list    
   came up.  I scrolled down to espomen and clicked on it. I read your recent
