   Hello Alexander,   
      
   Since patent is a form of treated leather, I would picture this cabinet to be   
   some kind of leather upholstered storage unit on the outside.   
      
   The rest of the description describes the clothes as large in quantity (so the   
   cabinet is probably over-sized), and the piles of clothes where folded very   
   neatly and precisely, and stored very evenly.
