   I'm not a footballer (but AM black). They are knealing to protest (Like what   
   Mark said) how the ownership are treating some of them. 'they' feel as if   
   ownership is showing favoritism to the 'gifted' players, and as soon as they   
   get hurt (and other things) they toss them out like trash.  I kinda understand,   
   but at the same time They get paid ALOT of money for what they do, and they   
   know the situation...
