   In previous releases of this, wcVALID4519.zip, there were the    
   HTML-SIGNUP.WCX module.   
      
   The new 452.1 does not require this and I recommend not to use this. So    
   delete it if you have this WCX file if you want to use the new wcValid    
   452.1 version.  HTML-SIGNUP.WCX isn't required anymore with 452.1

   This file is used to control your CLOSE/VALIDATION system. Technically,    
   it is independent of the SIGNUP since it applies to the validation at    
   any time.

   This is an enhanced new user signup form that checks for the CAPTCHA    
   stuff to enable it or disable it.  It also uses AJAX with the    
   html-wcajax.wcx and html-checkcaptcha.wcx.   
      
   http/public/AccountCreated.wct   
      
   This is displayed after the user account is created and before he is    
   asked to login.

   This templates are used for closed/validation sytems.
