   When you get the doctor watson, record the time and time.   
      
   Look for the exact time in WCHTTP.LOG and the WCHOSTFAULT.LOG.   
      
   Having an entry in wchostfault.log doesn't mean anything is bad.   
      
   It means it captured a problem with a WCX program and continues.   
      
   But if the problem is severe that WINS can no long handle it, then   
   Windows takes over, drops WCONLINE.EXE and saves a Doctor Watson fault.
