   No comment from my side. As we say in Russia, I am listening to and wind it on   
   my whisker. ;-) I hope I will have some more questions, reading that book. I   
   read it because a paper book is much better for language learning than the   
   e-version of a book. I can make marks and remarks with my pencil.
