   Hi! Ardith,

Yes, Michael is more likely correct.

I had a similar experience in 1998, from an on-looker's perspective during a
sysop-hosted users' BBQ. One of my users (a student/mate from our class at a
tech college) was logged in locally to the BBS and was enjoying an on-line
discussion, which went for at least 10 minutes. He had a ton of fun with it.
It was something of a disappointment to him when I told him later that it was
   an AI chat program. 8-)

I think we both have seen the flick too many times.

Yes. I fear we will have to wait for Alexander's comments (including
potential clarification), after he returns from chasing the last days of
summer in Moscow over the weekend. ;)

   Cheers,
   Paul.
