   Don't worry, your style of writing is pretty readable. This is not a bad habit   
   imho :)   
      
   I've been biting my nails for 18 years since my school years. And that was a   
   bad, bad habit.   
   About one year ago I decided just not to do it. It was really hard to control   
   it: nail biting was unconscious.   
   But now everything seems to be ok.
