   Hi, All   
      
   In general, as I can see it, in English there are many words called   
   "determiners". "The", "they", "his" are their examples.   
      
   For instance, we take this sentence:   
      
   "I live in the Moscow region".   
      
   "Moscow" is propable is a determiner itself, so we probably don't need "the"   
   before "Moscow region"?
