Hi! mark,              On 27 Jan 16 14:39, you wrote to me:               PQ>> I did want to try it. I really did, even as I was reading the        PQ>> preamble. That's when I started freaking out, while reading the        PQ>> subliminal warnings of the difficulty level. Luckily, the        PQ>> Firefox browser *broke* and crashed. I'm not going back to the        PQ>> site. :)               ml> all of my firefoxes worked just fine...              No bout adoubt it. I'm yellow to the core when it comes to picking the lingo       apart, as I failed English in high school (and have the certificate to prove       it). I can get by on a daily basis with the basics. No guts, you see. :)              Besides that, the problem with the Firefox crash is a hardware thing I think.       If I'm not anywhere near a regular networked PC then I'm using my little Dell       Latitude 2100 netbook. It has an occasional dislike for the hardware mouse       that I prefer over the built-in mouse pad. Though it seems to affect Firefox       only, I don't use the netbook for anything more than Fidonet newsgroups most       days, so, not doing the inter-webs thing isn't a great loss. I was just lucky       it chose the test site to crash on. ;)              Cheers,       Paul.              ... It must have been good; can't remember anything & my ears are ringing!       --- Paul's Win98SE VirtualBox        * Origin: Quinn's Post - Maryborough, Queensland, OZ (3:640/384)    |
