   as far as "plugged up" or "corked up" or "fix it up" and similar phrases that   
   folks tack "up" on to the end of, i can't help but to wonder if something can   
   also be "plugged down", "corked down", "fix it down" and such :lol:   
      
      
   then there's the ones where someone has a frozen package of something and says   
   that they're going to "un-thaw" it... seems to be that it is already   
   "un-thawed" and what they really want to do is to "thaw" it so they can work   
   with it... i started to say "cook it" but then thought of frozen animals in
