   By using Present perfect Tense I tried to underline that the mystery was and   
   there is now. I.e. the situation has been going on for a long period of time,   
   that started long ago and continues now.

       this -- what you were saying? You sneezed just as you were going

   Well, well. :) "Ahchoo" is may be close to "issue". Although I've always felt   
   a holy awe about Englishman hearing abilities. They can even tell the   
   difference between "sinner and singer".... ;-)
