   Well, it must be as you said, although it is very difficult to hear an act of   
   sneezing in the phrase "Issue a Reward". I wonder do English children   
   understand this place correctly? ;)   
      
   PS: Although, it seems I indeed had made a mistake when writing my question.   
   It should have been written this way:   
      
   Why, on Earth, DID Pooh say that Owl sneezed?   
      
   Why doesn't my head work properly when it should be?  ;=)
