      No wonder -- Russians use saucers when they drink tea in the morning.   
   Well, after they pour hot tea into a glass they put there a teaspoon. If   
   it starts clinking it means your hands are too shaky, and you need to   
   use a saucer or you will get wet and burnt. You pour the tea into the   
   saucer and drink it (making that sucking delicious noise, I described in   
   the latter message). ;=) So, in Russia, a gentleman's set for drinking   
   tea consists of a glass, a teaspoon and a saucer.
