I would suggest to Denis to be more active in this echoarea. It is a
nice place to practice his English. He should write as much as he could
and even more ;). He should provoke discussions; he should ask anything
   he doesn't understand.

If a person studies to speak English, he should be never be afraid to
make errors, and he should be happy when people point out where he was
wrong or inaccurate. Of course, he needs to buy an English Grammar
   textbook and read it.

I strongly believe, that his textbook should be in Russian. Only a
Russian author can understand what is especially difficult for a Russian
   person. ;)

   As for checking Denis' message:
   -----Beginning of the citation-----
My name is Denis. I'm Russian student and I want to improve my
English skills. I can help with Russian and I'm looking for someone who
   help me with English.
If you or your friends are interested in it, let me know!
   -----The end of the citation-----

I would write it in the following way:
My name is Denis. I'm a Russian student, and I want to improve my
English skills. I'm looking for someone who will help me with learning
English, and I can help him learn Russian.

PS: I believe, there is no need for "to + infinitive" after the verb "help"?

   Bye, Ardith!
